If you set us a budget and let us know the area you are looking to rent we will strive to match a
property to your requirements, and if we have nothing suitable we will keep a record of your
details and call you when a suitable home becomes available!
We understand that it is not always possible to attend viewings during work hours, that's why
we offer viewings 7 days a week by appointment, and we are also happy to show properties
after hours. Our flexible approach makes the process comfortable for our tenants, we want to
make the process of finding your new rental property as straight forward as possible!
Submitting An Application
When you have made your decision it is important to reserve your new home as we can only
stop full marketing once we have received a Referencing and Administration Fee along with a holding
deposit of one months rental, this payment is to show your commitment and intention of taking the property to let.
We will then forward you an online application to complete, it is important to complete the information to the best of your knowledge.
Should you have any adverse credit history, CCJ 's or bankruptcy you should make us aware before submitting
your application or this could cost you in the long run. Once the application has been submitted it usually takes
3-5 working days to complete, in some cases your application may be declined due to insufficient income or
adverse credit. If this is the case we will require a Guarantor to complete an application also, this can be a
family member, relative or friend who is willing to vouch for your rental payments and care of the property,
should you default on your rental or cause damage your Guarantor will be contacted to pay the costs.
It is important your chosen Guarantor is made aware of their responsibilities before submitting an application.
Once the application has been processed and approved we will then need to confirm a move in date,
and draw up a tenancy agreement for signing.
* Please note all deposits are secured with the DPS Deposit Protection Scheme.
* If you withdraw from an application, or your application
fails due to adverse credit the Administration Fee and
Deposit received are strictly Non Refundable.
